Bathroom repairs, small tiling & water-leak fixes across Melbourne's inner west and north-west

Small bathroom problems get expensive fast. A cracked silicone bead around the shower, missing grout on the floor, a loose wall tile behind the vanity — left alone, water finds its way behind the tiles and into the wall or the ceiling below. Most of the calls I get for bathroom repairs are exactly this: catch it early and it's a two-hour fix, not a three-week waterproofing rebuild. I handle the small-to-medium bathroom work: regrouting shower recesses and floors, resealing silicone properly (mould-resistant, cut back clean, not just squirted over the old bead), replacing loose or cracked tiles, refitting shower screens, tightening leaking taps and tapware, and tracking down the source of ceiling stains from the bathroom above. For anything that needs a licensed plumber's water-connection work or full waterproofing I'll say so up front and coordinate with a trusted licensed plumber where required.
